Our Vision and Values
Juliet Gallagher Yoga is a yoga studio looking to support every person through the power of yoga and movement. Juliet believes strongly that every body is beautiful and able to move in your own individual way. Her vision is to grow the awareness of yoga and Pilates in Herefordshire, Ledbury and Leominster to be a yoga center where everyone can feel safe, included and supported.
Juliet offers a range of holistic classes to fit your needs. These include group yoga classes, pilates classes, beginners yoga, hot yoga, 1:1 sessions in the comfort of your own home, yoga therapy clinic that looks to support your mental health or physical pain, yin yoga, menopause yoga classes.

Our Credentials
Juliet Gallagher is a highly qualified Yoga Teacher, gaining her 200hour Registered Yoga Teacher qualification from Body Mind Life, Sydney, Australia in 2016.
Since then she has become a YACEP registered Yoga as Continuing Education Practitioner, offering workshops and courses throughout UK and Europe.
Juliet is also a qualified Yin Yoga teacher to Level 3, gaining her qualification with Sarah Lo at Triyoga, London in 2019.
Juliet Gallagher is currently training to be a Yoga Therapist at Orange Yoga in Cheltenham.
Working with Juliet means specialist skills, knowledge and compassion to support body mind and spirit.
In 2025 Juliet has worked with 2Faced Dance Company and Lake Fest as a specialist yoga practitioner.
