Juliet offers a range of holistic classes to fit your needs. These include group classes in yoga and Pilates, private 1:1 sessions in the comfort of your own home, yoga therapy clinic that looks to support your mental health or physical pain, somatic yoga, and specialized menopause yoga classes.
