Yoga therapy is a whole person approach using yoga skills and techniques to assess the mind body and soul.
Prior to your initial session you will be asked to complete a health form and return it via email.
At the session we will chat about your physical and emotional Discomfort. Juliet will go through a body scan, breath and body assessment before offering physical yoga specifically for your body and mind.
As part of your yoga therapy journey you will be asked to commit to daily home practice but don’t worry Juliet will chat you through this as provide a bespoke plan.


In a 75-minute yoga therapy session, you’ll receive a personalised, holistic experience designed to support your specific health goals.
we will build on our initial session, using breath, connection, asana and relaxation to work toward your chosen outcomes.
This is a 1:1 session in a Hereford city location

Committing to an 8-session block of yoga therapy ensures consistent progress, deeper healing, and lasting results.
